As your next City Councilor At Large I will

• Vote to Repeal the Pay As You Throw, PAYT, Trash Tax. 
• Pass an ordinance requiring the City to publish a schedule of upcoming street & sidewalk repairs.
• Help revitalize our downtown by removing the brick wall at Government Center and replacing it with steps.

• Energy conservation practices.
• Identifying "Best Practices" for increasing efficiency in Municipal buildings and grounds.
• Developing a plan of action to reduce the City of Malden's energy consumption
• Natural Resource preservation.
• Performing a cost benefits analysis of tree planting, waterway usage, solar & wind energy programs and biodiesel.
